Volunteers are the backbone of a successful museum and as a part of the non-profit world we rely on the volunteer’s skills, knowledge and interests to help our museum grow. Whatever your interests or skill level may be, we will work to find a meaningful job that fits you.

Volunteer and Earn an Individual Membership!

We truly couldn’t do what we do here at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum without the help of our amazing volunteers. And since we know you’re giving up your time to help us, we want you to be able to enjoy the museum and our programs without giving your sweat equity too! Volunteer more than 20 hours in one year, and you’ll receive an Individual Membership to the National Food & Beverage Foundation.

We’ll check on membership hours every July and December. The membership is the same as a regular individual membership, and expires in one year (unless you volunteer another 20 hours in the next year!). We do our best to track your hours with our volunteer software, so please sign up through the link here and let us know if you have any questions.
