Selections change daily since the Pantry sells lots of these classic food and beverage books - one man left with two shopping bags full! Titles focusing on NOLA and Louisiana sell quickly - anything by Paul Prudhomme, Leah Chase and Emeril Lagasse move out the door pronto.

Time-Life's series Foods of the World is always a big seller.  Right now we have The Cooking of China, The Cooking of Scandinavia, American Cooking, and The Cooking of Provencal France. Titles in this series have many, many photos and great historical/cultural background on the area covered. Each volume has a glossary, and an a recipe index in both English and the relevant language.

Today we also have 2 classics by Sheila Lukins: USA Cookbook, and All Around the World Cookbook. They're the perfect inspiration for your summer Olympics party as you cheer on Team USA and the rest of the world! Don't forget that each and every sale directly supports the Southern Food & Beverage Museum, so it's a win-win for everyone.
