About the Instructor
Dr. Harsha E Chacko Ph.D., CSW, Wine Director, Bonne Cuvee
Dr. Chacko taught for 33 years at the University of New Orleans where he developed the Wines of the World class. A Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators, he is the Wine Director of Bonne Cuvee (bonnecuvee.com), a wine education and travel company. Dr. Chacko has traveled to the wine regions of Napa, Sonoma, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Champagne, Loire, Alsace, Languedoc-Roussillon, New Zealand, Italy and Portugal.
