Mascarpone Cheesecake: Saucing a Masterpiece with Chef Turok

Cheesecake—it's rich, it's comforting, it's decadent, and in the hands of Brian Menendez, aka Chef Turok, it's a masterpiece! On Sunday, August 25, at LA's Pacific Food & Beverage Museum, join Chef Turok, master of the mascarpone cheesecake, for a demonstration and tasting of his signature work. Employing a fair measure of molecular gastronomy, plus fresh fruit from Melissa's Produce, Brian will show guests how to make several of his iconic sauces: Red Berry Gelée, Sangria Gelée, and Blackberry Espuma.
