Lo-Fi Aperitifs: Drinking in High Fidelity with Victoria Canty
Napa Valley has been a center of wine production since the 19th century. Now it's fast becoming a prolific producer of wine-based spirits, including amari, brandies, and fortified wines. On Thursday, June 13, join The Museum of the American Cocktail in welcoming Victoria Canty to The Edison for a complimentary tasting of fine California vermouths and amaro from Lo-Fi Aperitifs, the product of a partnership between Quaker City Mercantile and E. & J. Gallo Winery. After the tasting, enjoy Lo-Fi Aperitifs in three MOTAC Custom Cocktails, courtesy master bartender BC Hoffman, and support The Museum of the American Cocktail!
ADMISSION IS FREE WITH RSVP

ABOUT THE BRAND
Created by brand development, and now distilling, legend, Steven Grasse—Hendrick's Gin, Sailor Jerry Rum, Art in the Age—Lo-Fi Aperitifs are a line of vermouths and amaro crafted with California wines and natural herbs and botanicals. Our goal was to create a liquid that can be enjoyed on its own or used generously in a cocktail—not just whispered over a martini.
Lo-Fi provides both home bartenders and mixologists with the perfect tool for creating delicious cocktails, whether they’re using classic 1:1 proportions or mixing up new creations. We infuse our wine with a unique blend of botanicals that are listed right on the label. Everything that’s in it is on it!
Enjoy them mixed in your favorite cocktail or sipped on their own.
