Join the Southern Food & Beverage Museum to welcome their newest display: an exploration of the history of Tujague's Restaurant. The restaurant, now celebrating it's 160th birthday, has been an integral part of the development of the cuisine of New Orleans. Learn more about the exhibit here.
The exhibit is also accompanied by Tujague’s Cookbook: Creole Recipes and Lore in the New Orleans Grand Tradition, written by Poppy Tooker (Pelican Publishing Company, 2015), which can be purchased in the museum gift shop.
Tujague's: 160 Years of Tradition will be on display through October, 2016.
