About the Chef
Katie's Restaurant is a neighborhood staple on the corner of Iberville and Telemachus. Opened originally as a lunch spot in 1984, Chef Scot Craig bought the restaurant in 1994 and, with his family, began the process of making Katie's into a full-service restaurant and bar. Following the near-complete destruction of his restaurant and home during Hurricane Katrina, Scot spent five years rebuilding his business. Re-opened in 2010, Scot continues to please diners with his creative menu, delicious pizzas, and warm atmosphere.
