A Dinner Tour of New Orleans Best Tastes on Historic China
Please join your neighbors and friends to support the Southern Food & Beverage Museum with a very special dinner to salute the grand old days of stylish New Orleans dining.
Acclaimed Private Chef Kevin O’Brien is preparing an homage to some of the City’s most delicious recipes with a 10-course menu.
Chef has created a 10-small plate homage to recipes of yesteryear, interpreting dishes such as Christian's Oyster Roland, La Riviera's Crabmeat Ravioli, Susan Spicer's Strawberry Salad a la Maison, Emeril's Smoked Duck and a new way to enjoy Steak Diane. Fine wines accompany, and several surprises are in the works!
