Join Dale DeGroff, aka King Cocktail, and MOTAC Director Philip Dobard for a very special edition of Touring the Cocktail, a pairing dinner at the acclaimed Everson Royce Bar, in the Los Angeles Arts District! Meet, greet, and enjoy stories told by the James Beard Award-winning King himself, sip cocktails crafted by ERB Bar Director Othón Nolasco, and savor dishes created by Executive Chef Matt Molina, winner of the Best Chef Pacific Award from the James Beard Foundation.
Dinner is $85 for all National Food & Beverage Foundation (NatFAB), USBG, SoCal Spirits Clubs (rum, whiskey, etc.), and Culinary Historians of Southern California members, or $95 for non-members, and includes tax and gratuity. Space is strictly limited, and reservations are required. NatFAB membership is available to all here.
A portion of all proceeds support NatFAB, home of The Museum of the American Cocktail, Pacific Food & Beverage Museum, and Southern Food & Beverage Museum.
All sales are final. Because our host restaurants require non-refundable deposits and reliable guest counts, we cannot issue refunds on our curated dinners or cocktail seminars. We regret any inconvenience this may present and appreciate your understanding.
