Restore the Mississippi River Delta, the Southern Food & Beverage Museum and Toups South invite you to learn about efforts to restore Louisiana’s coast while sampling its bounty. EAT ALLIGATOR RESTORE OUR COAST will include a cooking demonstration with Chef Isaac Toups—who will prepare Beer Battered Fried Alligator with Pimento Aioli and Coleslaw—as well an update on the state’s 2017 Coastal Master Plan. Guests will have have the chance to tour the museum, sample Isaac’s dish, and take home the recipe. This event is free to the public.

About the Chef
