CALLING ALL SPIRITS ENTHUSIASTS! Want to taste the world's most consumed alcoholic beverage both neat and cocktailed?

Join Philip Dobard, Director of The Museum of the American Cocktail, and a panel of all-star judges, including Eddie Huang, the mastermind behind the Taiwanese street food mecca Baohaus, Tarita Liza Noronha of Domaine Select, and Roberto Loppi of Beam Suntory, for the first annual Baijiu Cocktail Competition, presented by Shui Jing Fang.

Shui Jing Fang baijiu, from China’s first distillery, is proud to bring you the first annual Baijiu Cocktail Competition, testing the abilities of innovative mixologists from around California and the country to create unique cocktails with the world’s most consumed spirit. Winning bartenders will take home cash and other prizes.

All attendees are welcome to join us at The LINE Hotel in the heart of LA’s iconic Koreatown for gastronomic wonders from gourmet street food master, Roy Choi, paired with baijiu cocktails from our open baijiu bar. After the competition, join us for a rooftop, pool-side after-party, where music, baijiu, and good times will continue to roll on into the night!
