The Southern Food & Beverage Museum hosts Chef Raymond Signal for a cooking demonstration. Chef Signal is the Executive Chef at Trenasse. He formerly served as Catering Chef-for Centerplate Corporation at the at Mercedes Benz Superdome. He was the recipient of the People's Choice Award at 2017 Got Gumbo Cookoff for his Five Crab Gumbo.
The program begins at 1 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come first serve. Free with museum admission.
