On November 9 from 2-3 p..m. the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jennair will host Taylor Moore, owner of Grey Bird Baking Company for a baking demonstration."The name of my company was inspired by the love of birds and the color grey that my mother and I share," Moore said.
"My company has gained attention because of our French macaroons. One of my first pop-ups was at Pythian Market during Mardi Gras, where I featured Grey Bird Baking Co.'s king cake macaroon. Now, you can find numerous flavors at our booth at Pythian Market or other locations around the city like Drink Beauty and One Stone Restaurant in Algiers. I cannot wait to roll out new products, like our Stuffed Snickerdoodle Cookie."
The program begins at 2 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come first serve. Free with museum admission.
