On Sunday July 8, Celebrity Chef Jernard Wells will conduct a special cooking demonstration at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum. He will be cooking from his new "Southern Modified," which he co-authored with Hollywood actress/culinary enthusiast Denise Boutte.
The program begins at 1 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air. Free with museum admission.
