Join the Southern Food & Beverage Museum to welcome Airis “the Chef” Johnson for a cooking demonstration. The chef started out in college as a Marketing major at Southern University and A&M College with the intentions of graduating and becoming the CEO of a Fortune 500 company. After receiving a B.S. in Marketing, Airis relocated to New York City from New Orleans, LA and enrolled in the culinary program at the Art Institute of NYC.
The program begins at 4 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come first serve. Free with museum admission.
