The Thoughtful Feast: Kanpai! A Japanese Sake-Pairing Dinner

  • Sake Dojo 333 East 1st Street Los Angeles, CA, 90012 United States (map)

PacFAB's popular series of curated dinners returns with a rooftop cocktail reception and five-course sake-pairing experience at Sake Dojo, the spectacular new restaurant in LA's Little Tokyo, serving traditional Japanese food with a modern culinary sensibility. Diners will enjoy a range of authentic dishes--raw, fried, braised, and more--paired with examples of the full spectrum of sake, from extra dry to dessert sweet. Owner Don Tahara and Spirits Curator Phil Collins, the evening's hosts, will share the colorful backstory on the evening's food and libations.
