About the Chef
Izzyie Sandoz takes her inspiration from many different cultures around the world. "People and cultures are so varied, and yet we all have one thing in common: food. Food brings people together. It creates friendship that would not have been otherwise. When I think about my travels, I always remember the food. From the weird pasta casserole my grandma used to make to my favorite homemade ice cream in New Jersey, food has played a very large role in my life.”
