The Thoughtful Feast | With Armagnac Janneau & Calvados Père-Magloire
Réveillon! It's a meal, an event, a celebration of the coming Christmas season, and a culinary tradition enjoyed by generations of New Orleanians and French-speaking people around the world. Now you can celebrate and experience that tradition with the Pacific Food & Beverage Museum. On Monday, December 17, join PacFAB for a Creole Christmas feast like no other, at Harold & Belle's Creole Restaurant, home of the finest Creole food in Los Angeles. The evening, sponsored by Armagnac Janneau and Calvados Père-Magloire, features a range of traditional Creole dishes, among them charred oysters, crawfish étoufée, and soft-shell crabs, and classic New Orleans cocktails, including the Sazerac, the Vieux Carré, and Café Brûlot, made with French brandy, the original base spirit that inspired their creation.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Katy O'Donnell serves as Craft Spirits Specialist with Bond & Royal Spirits Co., a division of Sazerac Spirits Co., managing a portfolio that features eleven brands across seven categories. Based in Los Angeles, she is an active member of the local bar community, specializing in brand and spirits category education. After moving to LA to escape the grind of New York City, she fell in love with the local hospitality scene. She studied under Julian Cox, a member of the Advisory Board of The Museum of the American Cocktail, and Nick Meyer, an experience which planted the seed from which sprouted her current career. She loves storytelling, education, and, of course, great drinks. She holds a degree in Musical Theatre from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
