Beth D'Addono will talk about her book and chat about her favorite foods and activities in New Orleans. Jyl Benson of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum will demonstrate SoFAB's own amazing Bananas Foster recipe, so you'll get to check two things off of Beth's bucket list!

Carefully curated byfood and travel writer Beth D’Addono, a passionate champion of the city for more than 25 years, 100 Things to do in New Orleans Before You Die buzzes with experiences both surprising and iconic, activities designed to connect the reader/doer to the city’s particular brand of magical realism. 

The program begins at 4:30 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come first serve. Free with museum admission. This event is presented in partnership with the John & Bonnie Boyd Hospitality & Culinary Library

SoFAB is participating in the Smithsonian's Museum Day Live on September 22. Register and recive free admission for two guests.
