Chef Akasia Lee of Let Us Cater For You will conduct a cooking demonstration and sampling at the Southern Food & Beverage Museum. Ms. Lee started her full service catering business out of her passion for cooking for family and friends. She covers the genres of Cajun, Soul Food, Mexican and also constructs healthy meal plan options.
The program begins at 1 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come first serve. Free with museum admission.
