Join the Southern Food & Beverage Museum to welcome Glenn LeBlanc with Health Quest International as he leads a demonstration and discussion focusing on the importance of water.
Glenn has studied nutrition for more than thirty five years and has amassed an in depth understanding of the relationship between diet, supplementation and hydration. As a molecular hydration specialist, Glenn will discuss how different structures of water affect the uptake of nutrients, intercellular hydration and the elimination of cellular acidic waste. This hour seminar will demonstrate just how important the structure of water is and how it is responsible for every biochemical reaction that takes place in our body. '
Demonstration begins at 2 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air. Free with museum admission.
