Join SoFAB to welcome Master Pastry Chef Camille Charvet of Nantes, France and celebrate a belated Bastille Day! Formerly with Ye Olde Bake Shoppe, Chef Charger will being demonstrating how to make authentic macarons, a most delicious French dessert.
Demonstration begins at 2 PM in the Rouses Culinary Innovation Center by Jenn-Air, samples are first come first serve. Free with museum admission.
About the Chef
Chef Camille Charvet is a Master Pastry Chef from Nantes, France. He has worked for 12 years as a pastry chef in fine dinning restaurants, and enjoyed a 1 year stint as the pastry chef of Ye Olde College Inn in New Orleans.
